Phyllanthus Fluitans (30 x Red Root Floaters)

 These captivating floating plants boast vibrant green leaves that, under ideal conditions, transform into stunning shades of red, complemented by their distinctive, deep crimson roots trailing elegantly into the water. They not only add a dramatic splash of colour but also provide natural shade for shy fish and vital nutrient absorption to help combat algae.

Care Requirements: To achieve their most brilliant red coloration, Red Root Floaters demand moderate to high lighting for 8-10 hours daily; lower light levels will result in greener leaves. They prefer still or very low surface agitation, as strong currents can damage their delicate roots. Ideal water parameters include a temperature range of 21-28°C (70-82°F) and a pH between 6.0 and 7.5. While not strictly necessary, providing a good source of iron and other liquid fertilizers will intensify their red hues and promote rapid, lush growth. 

Regularly remove excess plants to prevent them from completely shading out submerged plants below.
